Extremely reliable and friendly organization. Did a great job with our fly wires. Very upfront about cost and what could and couldn't be done. And helped us out with some other fly wires around the house - excellent after sales service!

Purchased front and rear security doors as well as some fly screens for the windows. Got in contact at a very good time, was a very quick and easy process, measuring took no time at all and the installation was also extremely quick.

The blokes out to do the measure and install were great and answered any questions I had. The admin team were extremely nice and made me feel very accommodated for any dates and times to work around my schedule.

The security doors and fly screens are great, you can feel the quality and I was reassured that if there were any issues that I could get back in contact at any time.

Very pleased with this team attending to my call for a screen door with pet mesh, for an outdoors patio area. Mat did a brilliant job on the install, and James and the girls in the office had great communication. Would highly recommend, price was cheaper than others, but not lacking in quality. Well matched in colour too.

This is a great company with incredibly friendly staff, top quality products and fast installation rate. One of the installers, Brad went above and beyond to ensure the safety of my house. They were able to install my security doors in about 2 weeks whereas other companies were quoting me 6-7 weeks. I can't praise Illusion fly screens enough. Right from the first call, to the measurements, and then to the install the service, was just fantastic. Not to mention the quote being incredibly reasonable. My door was completely broken, and the team replaced my door within a week. Brad came to do the install and not only did he install the door, but he went above and beyond, he leveled the door frame and fixed up the wheels on the glass door and re-installed the lock on my sliding door. These kind of gestures beyond the job are what make for excellent service. A great company with exceptional staff, providing exceptional service. I can't thank you enough. I would highly recommend Illusion Flyscreens. The service was very quick and installation on time and completed very efficiently. Love my new Retractable Flyscreen Door. It is nice to have fresh air and no flies. So easy to open and close with the magnet to attach to the frame. Great price so much cheaper than other competitors who quoted for the same product. Can’t rate illusion Flyscreens highly enough! Quick service, great communication and very professional and friendly installer! First appointment was to accurately laser measure each of my 12 windows and 2 large external sliders for Flyscreens. The next appointment was a stress free installation! Won’t hesitate to recommend their products or services to anyone who asks!!!!

After upgrading my windows to Double glazed windows recently, I wasted a month trying to get a quote from another company for compatible flyscreens to no avail. Went to Illusion after a search on Google and was provided with a quote the same day of my showroom visit. Two-Three weeks later the four windows and sliding door retractable flyscreens I ordered were installed in time for the summer months! What an amazing company to have chosen to purchase our fly screen. Customer service was exceptional all the way. We made contact via a query on line. Received a phone call within days and we got a phone quote with a confirmation to proceed to a measure. We then had a gentleman come to complete the measurement of our job. Within 24 hours we were contacted with an installation date. Everything was so easy and on time delivery. We had constant updates of our job and a final call and email to confirm installation. Have wanted a retractable screen door for ages. Helpful staff in showroom. Was excited to see that they could match the colour of our existing door area which is an older colour. I wasn’t at home when it was installed and couldn’t see where the installation was as it blended so smoothly. Very happy with service and installation

The end to end experience, from getting a quote to the final installation of the screens, with the whole Illusion team has been great! Literally the best flyscreen sliders. They are seamless. We have very large double stacker doors and you can’t tell.

Illusion fitted 2 security doors, a sidelight screen and a retractable screen to our townhome in Berwick. The experience was excellent on our part. The various staff members - onsite for measure, at the office in quoting, onsite for fitting and then after sales have been of the highest standard, most pleasurable and great to deal with.

We had a fantastic experience with Illusion we purchased a back double sliding security door. The ladies in the office were very helpful after we had a terrible experience with another door company selling and fitting a substandard security door. Paul came out and fitted the new door and it is perfect, the quality of their doors are perfection, would definitely recommend this company.
